Light-Independent Navigation
Light-Independent Navigation Radar + LiDAR sensor fusion with SLAM localization keeps SW90 on course in total darkness and heavy dust. Moving-object algorithms detect and track forklifts, people, and pallet jacks, adjusting speed and path in real time. No lighting retrofits required—SW90 navigates safely and even docks in the dark.
Patent-Pending recyling air Filtration
Keep dust in the machine—not in your warehouse. SW90 runs a sealed, negative-pressure airflow loop that routes 100% of process air through a single, large-area flat-panel filter. The filtered air is recirculated back into the machine, delivering powerful capture with no dusty exhaust and no haze around the robot. A quick-release latch makes filter swaps tool-less and fast—daily maintenance in seconds.
Lithium Ion powered
36.8 V Li-ion Power — Shift-length stamina in a rugged, steel-cased 36.8 V Li-ion pack drives both models with rock-solid reliability: SW90 runs up to 8 hours per charge, while SW90 with dust extraction active powers through up to 5 hours. Thanks to an own massive ruggedized charger we can charge as fast as 3 hours to get into a another 5-8 hours sweeping. intermediate break charging is easy possible
